1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the cybersecurity services provided by Cadence Shield, you acknowledge that you've read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, we're afraid you must cease using our platforms and services immediately.

2. Service Provision & Enterprise Licensing

Cadence Shield grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our endpoint security and threat detection software for professional business purposes. We maintain our software with the highest standards, yet you'll understand that software is inherently subject to evolution. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features to improve the collective safety of our network.

• Compliance with local data privacy laws is a shared responsibility.
• Licenses are restricted to the number of endpoints specified in your Sales Agreement.
• Unauthorized reverse engineering of our codebase is strictly prohibited.

3. Data Privacy & Ethical Handling

Our team is obsessed with privacy. We process forensic data solely to identify and mitigate threats. Detailed specifics on data retention and handling can be found in our Privacy Policy, but let's be clear: we never sell your data to third parties. Your security posture shouldn't come at the cost of your confidentiality.

4. Limitation of Liability

While we provide world-class antivirus and threat response, no system is 100% infallible. Cadence Shield isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from a security breach beyond the limits defined in your Service Level Agreement (SLA). We're partners in your defense, but the ultimate operational risk remains with the client.
